1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Staying Home Mom (Cassandra Wells). ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our online digital marketing course titled "The Roadmap" (the "Product"), you ("you" or "user") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Product.

2. Product Description

This Digital Product consists of an online digital marketing course titled "The Roadmap," comprising over 120 modules hosted on the Kajabi platform. It includes access to an online community of 2500+ members. The Product comes with Master Resell Rights, enabling users to resell it for 100% profit. By purchasing the Product, you gain access to the course and its contents, along with the ability to resell for 100% profit.

3. User Accounts and Access

Upon purchase, you will immediately receive access to the Product through the Kajabi platform. To access the Product and community, you must create a free account using your name and email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, particularly those with Master Resell Rights, and the inability to return the Product after purchase, no refunds will be provided. All sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its content and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for personal and resale purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Product and community in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Product or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Staying Home Mom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Product, (ii) any unauthorized access or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Product, (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Product by any third party.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Texas.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Staying Home Mom reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Product following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
